About You

Job Responsibilities:

• Analyze data of current metrics and identify additional data points and KPIs that would bring deeper insights to executive team.
• Create, analyze & report on KPI trends including but not limited to: Conversion, spend, ROAS, CP, Revenue, etc.
• Measure the performance of current strategies and programs
• Collaborate with leadership teams on data insights and provide suggestions on additional information and/or research projects
• Run ad hoc analysis and reports upon request, providing actionable insights and recommendations for next steps
• Identify gaps and opportunities to improve, from internal processes to conversion performance
• Use tools to identify, analyze, and interpret patterns and trends in complex data sets that could be helpful for situation diagnosis and prediction.
• Looking at company and customer data to find patterns, create questions and strategize potential underlying factors.
• Collaborate with the overall organization, including marketing, sales, operations, etc.

Experience & Skills:

• 3+ years of experience as an Analyst, Statistician, Data Visualization Specialist or similar role
• Strong mathematical skills to help collect, measure, organize and analyze data
• Knowledge of Sequel database & database report writing
• Advanced knowledge of Excel
• DOMO (or similar reporting platform) experience appreciated
• Experience working with CRM data is a plus
• Positive mindset and attitude with the ability to have fun, give and take feedback, and eagerness to grow our business.
