Title: Business Development Manager(preferably prior with IT indian mutinationals)

Location: Detroit MI

Duration: Full time, Permanent

Job Description: Responsibilities:

• Build & manage relationships with Data & Analytics leaders and Business stakeholders

• Reviewing responses to Requests For Information (RFI) and Requests For Proposal (RFP) and presenting/arranging for sales presentations. Review questionnaire sets before submission to customers; review and prepare proposal presentation decks

• Competency building, hiring professionals and organizing cross-skilling workshops

• Maintain relations with Technology partners / product vendors * Managing account: includes demand tracking, resource fulfillment, drafting contracts/SOWs, etc.

• Foster a culture of engagement and growth in data architecture and LS domain practice thru continuous learning, sharing ideas, adopting data architecture process improvements, and industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications: * Skill Profile *

Overall 12+ years in Data & Analytics area and 5+ years in various client facing roles * Excellent communications, presentation, articulation, and relation building skills * Strong Data & Analytics architecture / engineering background with program execution, operations, risk mitigation experience

• Experienced in Healthcare industry is a must, understands the client requirements and able to provide high level Data/Analytics solutions on the fly. * Large scale enterprise D&A implementation experience on MS Azure, AWS or Google cloud data architecture will be added plus.

• Team player with ability to work in a dynamic environment.

Educational Background

• BTech/BE/B Sc (Computer Sciences) or Master’s in Computer Applications

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $170,000.00 - $190,000.00 per year
