We are currently looking for a Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and data related to our organization's internal and external communications. The right candidate will possess strong organizational skills and an eye for detail, and should feel comfortable working with confidential information.
You will also be responuable for answer phone relaying messages for customers.
Must be self motivated.

Responsibilities:

• Use a computer to enter data into company database.
• Enter data accurately.
• Use discretion when entering sensitive data.
• Keep track of job expenses and mileage.
• Enter information into Excel-based spreadsheets and Airtable.
• Help people with questions related to their accounts.
• Answer phone calls and file customer service questions correctly.
• Receive and respond to emails and telephone calls.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
