Family owned and operated regional service company who has been growing successfully since 1934 has a Data Entry opening. This full-time position requires a dependable, organized, and highly motivated individual. Based in our Wheeling office this is a Monday through Friday job.

Minimum job requirements include:

• 10-key Calculator experience
• Basic accounting and data entry
• Solid Excel experience including the ability to understand basic formulas and key in data.
• Telephone customer service
• Must have a positive attitude and be team oriented

BASIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Highly professional and dependable
• Maintain an organized workspace and keep accurate records
• High level of attention to detail
• Maintain records on a daily basis and report them to management as needed

• Communicate with multiple departments on a daily basis
