Data Entry Operator

The main target of this position is to ensure correct documentation of all our operational files in order to maintain our high standard of data quality. You will be responsible for accurate data entry, file maintenance, report generation and record keeping as well as direct communication with other departments in-person, by phone, and by email to resolve documentation issues.

• Enter data into our operations system
• Communicate with other departments in-person, by phone, and by email
• Work with our billing & quality department to organize the workflow of data entry
• Internal process and quality checks and corrections (e.g. master data, economics, shipment data)
• Master data management
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

What we expect from you:

• Excellent typing skills (able to write fast)
• Position requires exceptional attention to details and the ability to communicate efficiently
• Ability to maintain detailed records and to compile reports
• Capacity to verify documents and forms for accuracy and completeness
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong organizational skills
• Previous experience in data entry or other related fields
• Experience in freight forwarding is a plus
• Able to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn and go out of the comfort zone to support the growth of the company
