DAY & SWING SHIFT PRODUCTION WORKERS

If you are hired directly through Selco and remain in good standing for 90 days, you will receive a $400 award! If you stay in good standing with the company for 1 full year, you will receive another financial award!

Selco produces high value western red cedar finger jointed and edge glued products, as well as clear western red cedar sidings and finish. We offer full benefits and provide opportunities for growth within the company for those seeking a career.

Day Shift: Monday-Thursday 5am-3:30pm, Friday 5am-9am (Some weekends)
$17 starting, $17.50 after probationary period!

Night shift receives a generous $1.50 differential pay and works 4, 10-hour shifts.
Swing Shift: Monday-Thursday (Some Fridays and weekends) 4pm-2:30am
$18.50 starting, $19 after probationary period!

Selco attendance and performance bonus!
If your referral completes a 90 day trial period and remains in good standing with the company, each of you will receive a $400 bonus!
If the employee you referred remains in good standing for 1 year, a bonus of $900 will be awarded to each of you!
