We are looking for Dealer Relationship Managers to establish and service markets in California (Orange County, San Francisco, Sacramento), New Jersey, New York City, Florida (West Palm Beach, Fort Lauderdale, Naples, Tampa), Atlanta, Texas (Houston, Dallas, Austin, San Antonio), Salt Lake City, Las Vegas, and Phoenix.

This person will possess strong interpersonal and people skills, is self-motivated and able to work independently. You must have strong sales and marketing skills, with a professional appearance to support positive company image. Your background must include at least five years of experience in selling consumer retail/leasing and F&I products specifically in the automotive industry.

Job Summary

The Dealer Relations Manager (DRM) is responsible for sales activities and contract acquisitions for an assigned territory. Candidates must have extensive knowledge and experience in consumer automotive leasing.

Sales activities and contract acquisitions will be the outgrowth of a Relationship Development focus that includes engaging dealership personnel at all levels of Management- DP, GM, SM, F&I staff.

Business Development activities will include but are not limited to Customer Facing issues such as Dealer Objective Setting, Performance Analysis for monthly dealer presentation/review to Dealer and DrivrzFinancial Management, Dealer Training and Support, periodic Market Analysis and competitive benchmarking, issue resolution engagement with dealer and internal personnel, training and support for Dealer Service Advisers pertaining to F&I product questions and escalated claims issues.

Foundational expectations of the Dealer Relationship Manager (DRM) position: Engage with company peer group in issue resolution and promote a team environment, communicate regularly with all internal and dealership stakeholders, present monthly dealer performance against objective and engage in best practice sharing, develop proficiency in creative transaction structuring using DrivrzFinancial and F&I products.
