UTAP Delivery Inc is an independent delivery service partner for Amazon seeking full time drivers to deliver Amazon packages. We are seeking drivers who are reliable, motivated, and ready to work every day to get the job done safely! Ideal candidates are energetic, team players and ready to take control of their careers. UTAP Delivery Inc operates out of DMI9-Amazon Warehouse, located at 13320 SW 132nd Avenue Miami,FL 33186.

Compensation includes base rate of $18.00/hour.

Requirements: Candidates must be (at least) 21 years of age, have a valid driver's license in good standing issued by the state of Florida, be comfortable driving a cargo van, and be able to lift (up to) 50lb. packages. We provide Amazon Prime branded vans and uniforms, GPS devices, all the tools/technology to make your position safe and continued support and driver safety monitoring for all employees!

Responsibilities:

• Load van with containers / packages before route departure
• Conduct a morning and end-of-day vehicle inspection
• Assist co-workers loading their vans to ensure a timely departure from the Amazon station
• Deliver products and *smiles* to Amazon Prime customers in a timely manner
• On the road (OTR) up to 10-hour shifts, delivering to routes w/in a 50-mile radius
• Handle physical work i.e. climb in/out van, use of stairs, lift containers w/o issue
• Perform responsibilities during inclement weather conditions
• Fuel up upon returning to the Amazon station
• Return and document accordingly any undeliverable packages
• Maintain assigned van as if your own
• Be competent and efficient on GPS device, and be able to troubleshoot, if necessary
• Be open to assisting in other capacities, as needed
• Follow Amazon designated safety protocol and procedures
• Willing to assist co-workers in a supportive way

Qualifications:

• Must be (at least) 21 years of age
• Must have good communication and customer service skills
• Experience in delivery driving not necessary, but beneficial
• A valid driver's license issued by the state of Florida (CDL not req'd)
• Ability to handle physical workload and lift packages up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to navigate a GPS system safely and comfortably
• Deadline-oriented
