Family owned group of practices actively seeking a full-time experienced Call Center Representative with (2) years of experience and knowledge of the Dental Industry. Please do not respond if you do not have at least (2) years of dental Office experience.

Our call-center is at the heart of our organization as our team coordinates clients throughout our 11 dental offices in the Los Angeles area. This individual will be responsible operational oversight of our call center, working collaboratively will our various dental offices, critically thinking through issues to ensure timely resolution, and providing ongoing training and development to our team of customer service professionals. The ideal candidate would thrive in a fast-paced environment, have excellent organizational skills.
Call Center Responsibilities
- Makes sure that every inbound call is answered with enthusiasm and professionalism according to office standards
- Schedule all patient appointments with 100% accuracy of information
- Verify appointment times and office address
- Demonstrate patience and active-listening skills
- Expected to coach and train ALL staff
- Support and enforce policies and procedures of the office
- Assist in answering inbound calls and outbound confirmations
Effective Communication
- Utilizes appropriate channels of communication in problem-solving and conflict resolution
- Communicates effectively and courteously to all staff and patients
- Makes suggestions and addresses concerns in a constructive manner
- Asks for direction when unsure of job expectations
Work Ethic
- Consistently reports to work on the date and time scheduled
- Takes responsibility for own actions and seeks to correct mistakes
- Prioritizes customer service and customer satisfaction
- Maintains a high level of quality, accuracy, and neatness in work preformed

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
