Minimum 1 year Dental front desk experience is required.

We are a growing Pediatric Dental Office! We value out patients and our team, and take pride in our work while creating a warm and friendly atmosphere. Our goal is to provide excellent customer service. We are currently looking to add an additional team member for our front desk. Minimum 1 year Dental front desk experience is required.

Job duties include but not limited too:

* Presenting treatment plans, accurately estimate insurance payments

* Following up with unscheduled appointments

* Presenting financial options

* collecting payments

* greeting patients with a smile while welcoming them into our office

*Verifying patient information in software

* work closely with other team members to ensure the schedule is maximized

The ideal candidate must have a positive attitude, be hard working, professional, friendly, love working with kids, reliable, team player also be willing to learn and take initiative.

This is a Full Time job offering Full benefits to include, PTO, holiday pay, 401K, Medical/Dental Insurance, gym membership and more. No Evenings or weekends. Hours of business are Monday-Thursday 8-5 & Friday 8-2.
