We are looking for a determined, high energy, well organized individual for the Data Entry Clerk position at our Dental Laboratory in Bellevue, Washington.

Responsibilities:
- Provide support for employees and managers in all customer relation and shipping/receiving tasks; including both unloading and sorting incoming packages and professionally packaging outgoing cases
- Provide exceptional customer service to dentists’ offices over the phone and by email
- Record all incoming and outgoing cases, adhering to lab safety guidelines
- Update database according to new information
- Responsible for accurately tracking case data, while researching information in current systems
- All other duties as assigned or as otherwise required
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong computer knowledge with ability to learn new programs
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication
- High attention to detail with the upmost accuracy is required
- Understanding of general administrative policies and procedures
- Self-motivated with strong organization skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high volume environment.
- Maintain clean equipment and work area
- Ability to stand for long periods of time; Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
- Knowledge of dental lab products, materials, and techniques preferred
- Team Player a MUST
