Removable Manager

We are looking for a determined, high energy, well organized individual for the position of Removable Manager to join our Dental Laboratory in Louisville, KY.

Responsibilities:

· Manage the efficient production of all removable prosthetic processes.

· Control all in-process laboratory quality assurance standards. Provide training to techs as needed to meet desired standards.

· Manage the on-time processing of complete prostheses according to production schedule and Doctor’s due date. Utilize computer system for case scheduling and production controls.

· To read and follow directions on prescription. Follow and understand Dr.’s preferences.

· Assist team(s) in accomplishing daily production goals & dept. sales goals.

Qualifications:

· 5+ years minimum of dental lab experience in the Removable department. Must have a clear understanding of the entire Removable process flow.

· Thorough understanding of morphology and functional design required.

· Start-to-finish proficiency in Removable required.

· Requires flexibility and adaptability to meet laboratory demands

· Outstanding analytical, problem solving and organizational abilities

· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
