Heritage Dental Center is a general dental practice that is located in a north west suburb of Minneapolis. Our practice is in search of someone that is compassionate about helping people with their dental needs to work at our Front Desk full-time.

As part of our front desk team you will be the first person to greet, and assist our wonderful patients with their dental needs. This includes, but not limited to:

• Answering phones in a timely manner.
• Scheduling patient appointments.
• Answer questions that patients have on billing, and insurance. (to the best of your ability)
• Importing correspondence from specialist into patients chart.
• Greeting patients and checking them in for their appointments verifying information on file.
• Assisting patients as they are leaving after their appointment with any follow up appointments, collecting payments for services rendered that day.

Skills we are looking for:

• Dental experience a plus
• Excellent phone skills
• Great communication skills
• Detail oriented
• Able to multi-task
• Excellent computer skills
• Eaglesoft software experience a plus, but not necessary
• Ability to work well with a team, and patients
• Ability to work with minimum direction, self starter
• Customer service

Schedule for this position is

• Monday; 11:00am-7:00pm
• Tuesday thru Thursday; 9:00am-5:00pm
• Friday 8:00am-12:00pm
