We are looking for a Dental Receptionist to join our team and provide exceptional customer service to our patients. The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling appointments, greeting patients, answering phones, collecting payments, and other administrative tasks. Our ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and has excellent communication skills. Previous experience in a dental office is preferred but not required. This is a part time position to start, Tuesday through Thursday 8:00am to 5:00pm.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in patients.
• Schedule appointments and confirm appointments with patients.
• Answer phones and respond to inquiries from patients and other dental offices.
• Maintain patient records, including filing, scanning, and updating information.
• Collect copayments.
• Assist the dentist with administrative tasks as needed.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
