Veritas-HHS seeks a Deputy Program Manager of Operations to work at the Nashville Office located in Nashville, TN. This position will begin on July 3, 2023.

About the Position:

The Deputy Program Manager of Operations provides leadership, vision, and strategic direction to the Nashville Office. The position reports to the Project Manager.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Works with the contract executive and project manager to provide leadership, vision, and strategic direction.
  • Manages the day-to-day operations.
  • Assists in the development of office, team, and team members’ short- and long-term goals.
  • Develops procedures, processes, and methods to manage the child support caseload.
  • Assesses operational efficiency and effectiveness and implements process improvement activities, as needed.
  • Assists the Program Manager in ensuring integrated service delivery across health and human services programs.
  • Supervises six direct reports.
  • Serves as court case flow manager and liaison with the court, clerk of court, SCU, and OSC to identify and resolve any delays or deficiencies in court case processing relating to establishment modifications processes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Five years of human services experience.
  • Five years of supervisory experience, three of which must be in child support services.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Knowledge of child support policy and procedures.
  • Knowledge of computers and software (Microsoft Office).
