Location: On-site - Long Island City, New York
Duration: Immediate - 2026

Role and Responsibilities:
The Deputy Reporting Manager will interface directly with NYCHA Director in the daily coordination of NYCHA capital program management teams. Additionally, coordinate with capital program team directors and project controls managers, as needed.

  • Review progress/performance reports, such as Bi-Weekly Pillar Report, CCAP (project progress updates) and Monthly Program Reports.
  • Review A&CM Capital Projects Dashboard (division-wide, online project status tool).
  • Develop and implement KPIs based on Project Management Team Project data within e-Builder.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, charts, and tables in PowerBI for analytical purposes using e-Builder data based on the KPIs.
  • Develop methods for various analyses that would improve monitoring of Project Management Team portfolio health & performance (i.e., project schedules on time; project details up-to-date, complete, & accurate; Invoicing processed on time; change orders executed on time.

Skills & Experience Qualifications:

  • Experience with PowerBI, Excel, Data Structure, Data Analytic (python /R, or other tools).
  • Understanding of project management (schedule, cost, KPIs, etc.) and related reports/dashboards.
  • Experience with e-Builder (Preferred).
  • Must have a minimum of (5) years Construction Management experience with New York City agencies.
  • Must have strong verbal and writing skills.

Education and Certification Requirements:

  • Must have Bachelors degree from accredited institution.

Infinite Consulting Corp carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s experience, education, and training. The estimated hourly wage for this position is $60.00 – $70.00 plus annual bonuses and full benefits.
