Mayo Clinic Health System – Southeast Minnesota is seeking a Medical Dermatologist to join an established skin specialty practice with strong growth potential. The position is located along the Mississippi River, with potential clinic sites in Red Wing, Cannon Falls, and/or Lake City. You can expect a collaborative and robust multispecialty group practice in a financially-stable organization with high quality outcomes, focused attention to safety, service and outcomes, and a dedicated commitment to equity, inclusion and diversity in all we do.

- No private equity
- Ability to expand an established practice into deep-rooted communities that are incredibly supportive of specialty care
- Busy practice with patient referrals from within local practice sites, as well as external clinicians
- Interest in cosmetics and other specialty niches welcome
- Focused connection with Mayo Clinic, including the ability to pursue research, education and other academic and practice interests
- Leadership opportunities available for candidates searching to expand their professional interests in those realms
- Local practice partnership with an experienced Mayo Clinic dermatologist
- Collaborate with other clinicians, nursing and administrative partners to grow the practice and further develop practice efficiencies
- Outpatient practice only with no call responsibilities
- Full-time schedule, with personal flexibility developed in close collaboration with practice leadership
- Support team will include nurses, a scribe and other ancillary departmental collaborators
- Competitive compensation with two-year guarantee. Sign-on bonus and robust benefits package (including a defined benefit pension plan)
