Job Title: Desktop Support Engineer

Location: Los Angeles, CA (1000 S Santa Fe Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90021) - onsite

H*ire Type: contract *

Additional Knowledge

· A technical college education with three years plus work experience in the field of it support.

· IT certifications like MCSA, A+, RHCE of ITIL will be a plus

· in-depth knowledge of desktop operating systems

· in-depth knowledge of standard desktop software

· knowledge of it hardware components

· knowledge of Clint build technologies and software distribution

· working knowledge of networking and wireless troubleshooting

· Good Knowledge of windows Active Directory Users and Computer

· Knowledge of Audio & Video Equipment in combination With communication tools in a conference environments.

Qualifications

· A Bachelor's Degree

· Detailed Knowledge of ITIL Frame work

· Any technical Certification would be an Added advantage
