Looking for a self motivated individual for our fleet of trucks and trailers .

Must have knowledge of all aspects of semi-truck and trailer repair.

Fleet: All 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadia

100 trailers, mixture of reefers and vans

Will start pay depending on experience

Fleet Maintenance Mechanic Major Responsibilities:

• Perform vehicle maintenance and repairs to ensure vehicles are safe for the road.
• Diagnose and perform accurately all phases of vehicle and equipment repair

• Ensure work orders are completed properly and accurately. Maintain records of all maintenance work completed including parts and supplies used.
• Complete preventative maintenance (PMs), safety inspections, and annual maintenance inspections.
• change tires, brakes, seals, ect... on all trucks and trailers

• inspect tires, check air pressures and inflate or deflate

• keep shop clean

All our major repairs are done at dealer.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $3,000.00 per hour

• Merced, CA 95341: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Diesel engine repair: 1 year (Preferred)
• Mechanical knowledge: 1 year (Preferred)
