Cura Hospitality is hiring a Part-Time or Full-Time Diet Clerk at Woodbury Senior Living in Woodbury MN!

Part-Time Shift is Weekends 8am-3pm & 2 week days from 1pm-6pm

Position Summary:

The Diet Clerk is responsible for managing the flow of meal service in the overall dietary clinical operations.

Job Duties:

• Duties of this position include management of nutritional data software program, inputting of resident nutritional information, and professional phone skills.
• The ideal candidate will have a nutritional background and experience in an extended care or hospital setting.
• Knowledge of nutritional recommendations for medical conditions.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Previous healthcare work experience and knowledge of CBORD Food Service Management Systems.
• Must have excellent customer service skills.
• Must be able to stand, walk, and bend throughout the entire workday and the ability to lift, stack and maneuver objects that may weigh 30 to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English, with the ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Vaccination against Covid-19 is mandatory.
