Digital Lead Specialist (OH)
The Digital Lead Specialist will be responsible for the US leads queue which includes owning the leads, seeing the leads from start to finish, maintaining the lead dashboard and achieving our one business day turnaround time. This role will have daily communication with customers, Technical Account Managers and Principal Managers. The Digital Lead Specialist will generate reports within Sales Force for our Principal Managers and our suppliers that track the metrics of our leads and may be asked to present their findings in meetings. This role will also manage open cases coming from our web form and B2B.
- 3 years of prior relevant experience in sales, business development, and marketing, preferably in a large, matrixed organization
- 4-year college degree, preferably in business, marketing, communications, English, or a related field
- Superior organizational skills and attention to detail

- Excellent analytical, written and oral communication skills
- Comfortable engaging with all levels of an organization

- Generates reports within Sales Force for Principal Manager’s reporting, Sales reporting, and Supplier leads
- Communicates daily with Technical Account Managers, Principal Managers and Customers
- Tracks marketing leads from tradeshows, campaigns, etc.
- Interfaces with internal resources to identify and request research to help educate client service teams on targets to focus relationship building activities
- Supports growth strategy development as well as supporting the entire sales lead cycle
- Assists with reporting, target list management/updates, and web-based tool management
- Assists with/leads the creation of Principal-facing meetings, reviews, and documents
- Liaises with growth regional and local leaders and Growth team on new opportunities
- Coordinates and contributes to growth team projects to promote a growth culture
- Collaborates with Sales and Principal Managers in responding to customer lead requests
- Assists with tracking market and industry developments to support regular target team meetings
- Supports practice metrics, including CRM system utilization and reporting

Required Experience:
- Three years of experience in a similar role within a face-paced organization
Preferred Education:
