Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and talented Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. We want you to improve everything we are currently doing and bring on additional lead and demand generation activities. You need to be growth-minded and data-driven, as you develop and manage both organic efforts and paid channels.
You need to be a great storyteller that can craft a resonating message that make our audiences react and take action. You’ll also be managing our SEO, driving traffic organic traffic to our websites via a content strategy you will help to develop with our writers. You should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
Position Responsibilities
- Build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy
- Manage the strategy
- Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices
- Manage and oversee various digital marketing channels
- Measure ROI and KPIs
- Oversee all the company's social media accounts
- Suggest activities for improving the quality of online content
- Track and measure SEO and Google Analytics metrics and provide reports
- Build an inbound marketing plan
- Research and forecast future sales and performance trends
- Research competitors and provide suggestions for improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience in a marketing role
- Proven working experience in digital marketing
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Spyfu, SemRush, WebTrends)
- Working knowledge of ad serving tools
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. This position may occasionally flex between shifts depending on business needs.
The starting pay scale for this position is $85,000 - $100,000 annually. Actual starting pay will be based on factors such as skills, qualifications, training, and experience. In addition, the company offers comprehensive benefits including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) plan with match, paid time off, and other benefits.

No travel is expected for this position.
