Your Role:
You are responsible for working with agencies, club partners, vendors and marketing peers to optimally and efficiently execute digital marketing campaigns. Please note that this is not a people leader position.
Your work:
- Manage complex digital marketing campaign execution.
- Serve as a subject matter authority in digital marketing.
- Work with internal partners and agencies/vendors/clubs to review and approve creatives, and participate in creative creation as appropriate.
- Work with agencies to manage schedules, estimating, budgets, and data requirements.
- Lead complex projects and schedules and proactively recommend and deploy best practices and process improvements.
- Support designing, building, and testing of digital campaigns and ad-hoc communications and will edit HTML emails, content, and templates in Stensul and port over to Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

- Bachelor's degree in related area or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- 5 – 7 years' experience in advertising operations, preferably with a digital media publisher.
- Exceptional understanding of marketing, AdTech (Google Analytics, Adobe Omniture, Adobe Experience Manager) and the technical systems and relationships used by publishers, agencies, and advertisers to deliver digital ads.
- Salesforce certification, SQL, Stensul and Litmus experience preferred.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to show respect for differences through excellent communication skills with people from an array of backgrounds.

The national average salary range for this position is $88,500-$98,500. However, we have a location-based compensation structure. Our salary ranges vary and are calculated based on the county of residence. The full salary range for this position across all the states we hire in is $79,500-$118,000 This role also includes an opportunity for a company-wide annual discretionary bonus, through our Annual Incentive Plan (AIP), of up to 8% of eligible pay.
