Eldorado Country Club is looking for an experienced Servers to join a dynamic food and beverage team.

Restaurant Server:

Requirements:

• At a year of experience either in serving or banquets, but we are willing to train the right person
• TABC and Food Handler Certificate
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended period of time while accommodating quests effectively and politely

Server Duties:

• Serving the member in an orderly fashion manner
• Caring Trays of food and Drinks
• Be able to take a food order and/or beverage order
• Working with IBS or a computer similar
• Expediting food
• Working as a team
• Cleaning and closing down the back server area

SKILLS

Prior food and beverage/catering experience preferred. Previous banquet captain experience required. Organization and planning skills. Must be TABC Certified.

WORKING CONDITIONS/ENVIRONMENT

High noise level, fast pace environment. Must be able to bend and lift up to 25 lbs.
