Job Summary
Working as the Director of Dining Services our prestigious account located at the Archdiocese of Detroit, you will be responsible for overseeing the day to day Foodservice operations for our* seminary side* of this facility. You will oversee 3 managers and oversee up to 30 frontline associates. Successful candidates will be responsible for managing client relationships, profitability of the account, and talent development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversees all P&L and budgeting as it pertains to the account
• Maintains excellent relationships with the client
• Works with the Executive Chef and management team in creating nutritious and top quality food for the client
• Acts as a liaison between Chartwells, the school administration, staff, students and the community

Preferred Qualifications:

• A.S. or equivalent experience
• Three to five years of foodservice management experience required
• Strong Catering experience preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Financial and business acumen
• Excellent communication skills
• Flexible schedule to accommodate the needs of this unique business that is heavy in Catering
