Job description
Responsibilities:
- P&L analysis, including actionable insights
- Own budgeting process, forecast and long-term planning
- Cross-department collaboration; create and analyze KPIs/ metrics, report business trends to leadership with recommendations on future decisions
Qualifications:
- 8+ years in Finance/ FP&A including leadership positions
- Experience with complex modeling, ideally from scratch
- Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal (PowerPoint, etc.)
- Proven analytical skills (variance, P&L, etc.)
- High growth / start-up experience (strongly preferred)
- Healthcare industry experience OR strong interest in the industry
- MBA (preferred)
Salary Range: $150-$170k base + bonus
