Overview:
Directs information technology application system development and support activities for the Seminole Tribe of Florida Gaming Operations’ customer service systems.
Responsibilities:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Customer service systems mean “front of house” applications used to service our casino and hotel guests, including the LMS Hotel and Casino Marketplace systems.
- Actively participates with senior management in the preparation and ongoing maintenance of a customer service system development plan consistent with the Gaming Operations business plan.
- Develops appropriate system design and specification documentation.
- Directly or indirectly supervises programming for customer service systems.
- Manages vendor relationships and coordinates activities that require cooperation between vendors.
- Provides effective end-user application support to property and corporate personnel with a combination of vendor support, super-users and IT Staff.
- Establishes good working relationships between corporate systems staff, and property IT staff and operating departments.
- Closely monitors management and user satisfaction with customer service systems and related IT department services. Takes corrective action when needed to maintain satisfaction consistent with senior management expectations.
- Assures that all systems meet Seminole Tribe of Florida Internal Control Standards.
Qualifications
- Five years recent experience in the gaming industry with casino management and financial systems.

- Duties and responsibilities are typically performed in a professional office setting, but there may be times where you will need to be in operating areas. In these areas, you may be exposed to environmental factors including, but not limited to, second hand smoke and excessive noise.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms, talk or hear; and taste or smell. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
