The Director of Talent Acquisition (TA), is a thoughtful, strategic partner within Actriv Healthcare and develops, leads, and implements a comprehensive recruitment strategies and programs suited to the company’s culture. This position reports to the Chief Hearts & Culture Officer and manages a small team. The Director is responsible for creating TA’s strategy and implementing it to ensure Actriv continues to have the best talent in the industry. This leader demonstrates a true passion for finding the best-suited people to continue to drive Actriv's success.
The ideal candidate will be an energetic and highly engaged leader, be able to establish trust, and has an open, transparent communication style, with strong partnerships with both the business and the Human Resources team. This individual must be creative, with strong follow-through skills, and highly organized. be able to interact and develop relationships with executives down through junior-level employees. Will co-create and improve branding while partnering with marketing to ensure Actriv has the best strategies possible to achieve our hiring goals and maintain our high reputation within the healthcare staffing space.

Supervisory Responsibilities
Manage a small team of recruiters/ sources and assess their current strengths and abilities.
Coach and develop managers to maintain a strong hiring process that enables effective hiring the first time to ensure the right skill and culture match within their teams
Provide development and career plans for your staff and ensure feedback is thoughtful, positive, and timely
Set a vision for delighting our internal customers for the Recruitment Team to execute on, ensuring we are consistently meeting, if not anticipating, faculty and staff needs
Essential Duties
Design, implement, and execute talent acquisition strategies and programs to attract and acquire top talent to meet current and future hiring needs to support organizational growth.
Assess current Talent Acquisition processes, procedures, and gaps, and improve, streamline, and add structure as needed.
Build influential relationships across the organization and partner with HR to solve problems and identify business improvement opportunities.
Develop, identify, and implement metrics as well as collect and analyze recruiting data to determine areas for improvement.
Coach leaders, hiring managers, and recruiters on best practices to improve the candidate experience and evaluate and serve as an advocate for the candidate experience at every step of the recruiting process
Work with leadership, with input from the HR Managers, to develop talent acquisition and workforce plans that reflect current and future hiring needs and skill gap and ensures healthy pipelines.
Conduct interviewing training and new manager training with HR for recruiting, processes, and use of our applicant tracking system, Lever.
Enhance Actriv's brand by identifying, driving, and coordinating various efforts to attract, retain, and advance diverse talent to the organization.
Managerial courage to drive change, innovation, and measurable outcomes for the business.
Function as a subject matter expert on all recruiting activities and maintain up-to-date knowledge of recruiting issues, trends, and employment regulations and lead with data-driven insights of hiring trends, sourcing channels, industries, and markets.
Manages and oversees all third-party vendors
Knowledge Skills and Abilities Required
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or equivalent preferred
4 years’ experience recruiting.
3 years + of management, mentoring and training recruiters.
Experience working with recruiting systems and analytics.
Experience in implementing a TA system (i.e. Lever), a plus.
$84,991.98 - $120,355.92 per year
