made product including indoor and outdoor furniture, lighting, rugs, textiles and leathers.

POSITION PROFILE

The Director of Showroom Visuals will manage the visual merchandising process in all HOLLY HUNT showrooms across the world, inspiring guests by creating modern, luxurious and innovative interior environments and product displays. This is a leadership role that will also require a hands on approach to the execution of merchandising plans. This position will report to Senior Vice President/Executive Creative Director.

Primary Responsibilities

• Uphold HH luxury brand standards, interior aesthetics, and showroom displays within HOLLY HUNT showrooms worldwide
• Organize and execute creative direction initiatives within HH showrooms throughout the world, elevating presentation and helping to drive sales results
• Develop and plan visual merchandising budgets
• Direct the development of new showroom interior and furniture and lighting floorplans
• Analyze business trends to make appropriate changes in presentation and assortment, informing and partnering with merchandising, showroom, and sales teams
• Elevate HH showrooms by establishing individual and overarching showroom initiatives, from organizational practices through the implementation of master brand standards and practices.
• Identify merchandising opportunities within individual markets and develop and execute a corresponding action plan
• Negotiate with contractors and trade providers for showroom construction needs prior to and throughout the installation process
• Coach, collaborate, develop and motivate the Visual team
• Communicate visual plans on a regular basis to leadership and the field organization
• Create efficiencies with existing processes, improving implementation in showrooms and innovating merchandising
• Based in Chicago, heavy travel required
• Partner with all HH Business Units and Merchandising teams

• Strong knowledge of high end luxury product and client buying experience
• Outstanding organization, problem solving, and communication skills with demonstrated ability to prioritize workload and attention to detail
• Ability to build strong teams and analyze financial data to drive business forward
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with proven ability to communicate with all levels in an organization

• Bachelor’s degree
• 10+ years of visual merchandising and design experience
• Previous leadership experience required, manager level and above preferred
