Ramen Tatsu-Ya East is currently seeing a dishwasher who also provides prep work ! Must be able to move quickly and work efficiently with great attention to detail. Seeking candidates with both AM and PM shift availability.
Job Duties:
- Maintain positive attitude

- Read and execute recipes
- Perform tasks repeatedly
- Effectively utilize basic cooking techniques
- Operate and maintain basic kitchen equipment
- Having an understanding of the restaurant industry preferred, but necessary

Required Skills/Abilities:
- Must be 18+ years of age to work at a Tatsu-Ya location
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Stand on feet for long periods of time
- Must communicate effectively
- Must be able to follow directions and procedures
- Must have or obtain Food Handlers certification
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic cooking knowledge a plus
- Must excel in a team environment
