Division Resource Manager

Ft. Worth,TX

Inventory Management/Dispatch:

  • Coordinates inter and intra company inventory movement for meeting customer requirements:
  • Receive and document equipment from Global procurement sources
  • Coordinate Cycle Count activities for all inventory yards in Division. Responsible for maintaining 98% inventory accuracy for all yards in Division
  • Recording of shipment and return data input daily to Rental/Labor Billing system.

Inside Sales:

  • Receives customers’ orders and requests for service.
  • Handles needs of walk-in customers and directs warehouse to fill orders.

Warehouse/Yard:

  • Supervise yard personnel in counting inventory, completing pick and return lists, actual picking of inventory, loading and unloading trucks, and inspecting equipment for suitability of use.
  • Responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, organized yard: locating inventory and equipment in a logical manner to minimize loading time, storing equipment in proper racks and cover, ensuring proper and safe use of material handling equipment, and removing debris and obstacles.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: This position supervises 2-4 yard laborers depending upon the size of the Division.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Computer literate in Windows Word and Excel.

LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw logical conclusions and issue reports.

REASONING ABILITY: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. Ability to work with all levels of customers, management, and drivers to resolve differences and problems effectively.
