This position will be responsible to provide and deliver the highest level of professional level Doctor Recruitment services to the company. The position will focus mainly on sourcing and promoting GEDC as a top destination for Doctors to join. This person will help ensure a pipeline of Doctor Talent is established and ready to be positioned as soon as openings become available in the Company.

  • Source for qualified candidates through a variety of tools and strategies:
  • Online postings

  • Industry specific job fairs
  • Professional Conferences (national travel)
  • Targeting mailing programs
  • Etc.
  • Deliver engaging presentations to inform candidate pools of value proposition to join GEDC
  • Conduct phone interviews and complete require documentation and notes in systems
  • Arrange interview times and coordinate with hiring manager and candidate
  • Update system of candidate status and ensure rejection letters are sent in a timely manner
  • Update systems with correct data needed for talent acquisition reporting and metrics
  • Conduct background checks on selected candidates in a timely manner and inform key stakeholders of results
  • Create and deliver offer letters to candidates and address necessary contract negotiations
  • Inform HR team of upcoming new hires and start dates
  • Partner with HR team to ensure positive on boarding experience for new employee
  • Partner with payroll team in regards to issues relating to Dentist compensation (i.e. referrals, compensation changes)
  • Other tasks as requested by direct Manager

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, Public/Community Relations, Health Related Fields or equivalent experience
  • 1-2 years experience of recruiting
  • Healthcare or Dental recruitment experience preferred
  • Active participation in professional organizations a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
