MB2 Dental Doctor Recruiter
MB2 Dental is a first-of-its-kind Dental Partnership Organization (DPO). Since 2007, MB2 has partnered with hundreds of dentists with a mission to empower dentists to preserve their profession. Currently, MB2 partners with over 400 Dentist Owners and 475 practices across 38 states.
As more partners join the movement, Doctor Recruitment serves as a critical part of MB2’s growth and success. We are looking for a motivated and dynamic individual to help identify, recruit, and retain the best dental talent—all while providing the best experience in the industry.

Role & Responsibilities
  • Support the hiring needs of individual Dentist Owners and diverse practices across the U.S.
  • Create job requisitions; review submitted resumes and actively source passive candidates; conduct pre-screening phone calls and submit qualified candidates to the Dentist Owners for review; schedule interviews and collect interview feedback; coordinate employment agreement and contract negotiations; and disposition candidates accordingly.
  • Work in Applicant Tracking System (iCIMS) to support administrative recruiting functions, track and manage jobs and candidates, and retrieve data.
  • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with team members, Dentist Owners, Associates, as well as promising candidates.
  • Actively build a bench of talent compatible with the company culture to ensure hiring needs are met promptly
  • Participate in Recruitment Events at Dental Schools across the U.S.
  • Partner with Operating Owners and Directors of Operations on best practices for recruitment and integration of new Associates.
  • Perform other duties as required to support Doctor Relations and MB2 growth.

Qualifications
  • Minimum two years of experience in recruiting.
  • Previous customer service or sales experience preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Microsoft Office.
  • Results-driven personality with strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, and prioritize duties.
  • Comfortable with change and able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment with variable workload.
  • Polished and professional presentation and communication style.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Must be local to DFW as the role will require in-office presence with the option for some remote work.
  • Ability to travel for Recruitment events.
