About the role:
As a Documentation & Training Analyst, you’ll act as the voice of the customer to create a feasible implementation roadmap for our best-in-class products that will define the world of fintech. You’ll work as part of a team in a scrum setting and must be a self-motivated, proactive, and out-of-the-box thinker.

About the team:
Join our San Antonio Card Production team today - it's the largest card production site in the US! We provide 24/7 card production support, and you'll have the chance to work directly with our industry engineer. You'll also have the chance to travel and meet our counterpart teams in Romeoville, IL & St. Petersburg, FL!

What you will be doing:

• Work on-site approximately 80% of the time
• Maintain documentation related to card production & other business procedures
• Maintain work instructions associated with manufacturing
• Complete annual reviews on procedures to ensure they remain accurate and up to date
• Work directly with our industry engineer to understand and analyze the business today and to make recommendations on improvements related to efficiencies that align with our Future Foward Initiative
• Delivering working product increments to our clients, on time, on budget and according to the best quality standards.
• Working with product management, stakeholders, peers and teams to define and prioritize the product backlog for your team.
• Driving improvements in solution design, analysis and testing activities.

What you will need:

• Knowledge of basic financial analysis principles and ratios.
• Proficiency in industry-standard process methodologies.
• A bachelor’s in business administration, finance, computer science or information systems or the equivalent experience.
• Strong verbal & written communication skills.
• Experience with oral presentations
