About the role:
As a Documentation & Training Analyst, you’ll act as the voice of the customer to create a feasible implementation roadmap for our best-in-class products that will define the world of fintech. You’ll work as part of a team in a scrum setting and must be a self-motivated, proactive, and out-of-the-box thinker.
About the team:
Join our San Antonio Card Production team today - it's the largest card production site in the US! We provide 24/7 card production support, and you'll have the chance to work directly with our industry engineer. You'll also have the chance to travel and meet our counterpart teams in Romeoville, IL & St. Petersburg, FL!
What you will be doing:
- Work on-site approximately 80% of the time
- Maintain documentation related to card production & other business procedures
- Maintain work instructions associated with manufacturing
- Complete annual reviews on procedures to ensure they remain accurate and up to date
- Work directly with our industry engineer to understand and analyze the business today and to make recommendations on improvements related to efficiencies that align with our Future Foward Initiative
- Delivering working product increments to our clients, on time, on budget and according to the best quality standards.
- Working with product management, stakeholders, peers and teams to define and prioritize the product backlog for your team.
- Driving improvements in solution design, analysis and testing activities.
What you will need:
- Knowledge of basic financial analysis principles and ratios.
- Proficiency in industry-standard process methodologies.
- A bachelor’s in business administration, finance, computer science or information systems or the equivalent experience.
- Strong verbal & written communication skills.
- Experience with oral presentations
