An international food company is seeking for a qualified E-Commerce Marketing Specialist who has experience in E-Commerce Marketing in CPG or food/beverage industry for 3 + years.
Mostly work from home but must be able to commute to the office once a week
This company has been around for about 100 years and able to locate their product at most major grocery stores, Costco and etc.

Job Description
E-Commerce and online (80%)
- Create, review, and update content on e-commerce websites in collaboration with design, marketing, and product development teams
- Create guidelines and procedures for content creation and new product listings
- Develop monthly marketing plans to increase digital sales on our website and other digital platforms
- Create digital marketing strategies that are in line with our business goals and messaging
- Analyze customer feedback to improve user experience, adjust ongoing campaigns, and increase traffic on all digital platforms
- Execute ad campaigns on search engines
- Monitor and analyze relevant metrics to evaluate the performance of each marketing campaign and create reports for the Marketing Manager
- Liaise between Marketing Manager and outside agencies to facilitate website development and management.
- Keep the websites up-to-date with rich content, including product listing, pricing, image, video, and news article, as needed.
- Assist Marketing Manager in forming the short-term and long-term business strategy and driving executions relative to both e-commerce and websites.
- Develop and execute online promotional plans as well as manage and optimize marketing programs (email marketing, marketing automation, and CRM) to continuously drive consumer engagement and increase e-commerce sales.
- Provide support in other marketing areas of exclusive new product development, paid digital advertising campaigns, Keyword Research, SEO, and website UX.
- Interpret transaction data in addition to web analytics to make recommendations and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Communicate with the SCM department to distribute inventory to the third-party fulfillment center and manage the product inventory specific to e-commerce.
· Other duties as assigned.
Product Management (15-20%)
· Organize product spec information and images on product updates and make new product/discontinuation announcements relevant to internal stakeholders, online, and retail partners.
· Manage product data platforms such as One World Sync to ensure up-to-date information is shared with online, retail and wholesale customers.
Job Requirements
· Must have Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing related field
· Must be able to commute to the office once a week for half day (other days are work from home)
· Minimum of 3+ years of experience in E-Commerce in CPG/ Food/ Beverage industry.
· Must have experience planning E-Commerce from start to finish (planning, launching to analyzing)
· Hands-on knowledge of web analytics and optimization tools (primarily Google Analytics)
· Proficient in EXCEL spreadsheet and PowerPoint presentation software.
· Photoshop, Illustrator knowledge helpful
· Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
· Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
