Ultrasabers is seeking a creative, detailed, self-starter to join us as our Marketing Manager. You will work hand in hand with the company President on daily basis. You will be expected to lead our website development and implementation efforts along with our growth and outreach on social media platforms. You’ll manage our overall efforts and campaign strategy for both the website and social media. You will be responsible to develop content and execute plans for our digital platforms, including but not limited to our social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok) and company website.

This is not a remote or work from home position. This position will require you to come to the shop and work 5 days a week. In the shop you will have a workstation to complete all required tasks and you will work hand in hand with the company president and the customer service team daily to accomplish all goals and tasks.

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree in communications, marketing or related degree with 3+ years related experience.
  • WooCommerce & Wordpress experience required, including HTML, JavaScript, and CSS
  • Comprehension of applied marketing strategies as it pertains to growing an e-commerce business
  • Experience conducting keyword research, building ad-groups, optimizing campaigns, and running test scenarios
  • Hands on experience managing and optimizing paid search and social tactics
  • High levels of proficiency with graphics production software including but not limited to Adobe Creative Suite, PhotoShop, Illustator, and InDesign.
  • Social media content and platform knowledge with a business perspective for Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok and Instagram.
  • Previous experience managing social media
  • Expertise with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
  • An independent thinker who takes ownership of projects and enjoys finding creative solutions for business needs.

What you will be doing:

  • Maintain and optimize the website to promote the company’s products
  • Plan and execute all website related activity
  • Improve the web experience by developing and implementing new strategies for increasing web traffic and improving conversion rates
  • Analyze data and establish test plans to improve performance
  • Analyze website traffic statistics to help measure the effectiveness of online campaigns
  • In partnership with our agencies working on the account, monitor search engine rankings and make recommendations to ensure that the site is positioned prominently in search results for keywords associated with the business
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies to positively impact conversion rate optimization efforts
  • Collaborate with agencies to create landing pages and optimize the user experience
  • Attend weekly/monthly meetings with agencies to ensure they are all working towards the same goal and achieving all the goals required to continue to grow the company and revenue
  • Identify critical conversion points and drop off points to maximize revenue
  • Create and implement website content, ensuring quality and consistency with appropriate writing styles, including homepages, internal landing pages, blogs, and more
  • Take pictures and video of product for use with content creation for social media platforms and company websites use
  • Attend conventions across the country to obtain pictures and video of customers engaged with company product and engaged in the purchase of company product for social media platforms and company websites use
  • Take ownership of the content for the company’s social media platforms. Develop and implement digital projects, including creating, posting and managing content, and community response and engagement.
  • Take day-to-day responsibility of the social media editorial calendar – creating and implementing plans for content creation and deployment.
  • Train our customer service team, as needed, on various content management systems and social media best practices.
  • Create and manage copy writing, graphics, and videos for social media posts

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50.00 per hour
