We are a company based in Santa Fe Springs, CA that is steadily growing within pro audio, video, and lighting equipment distribution and online sales. We are an Authorized Dealer for established name brands such as Bose, Yamaha, Shure, Sennheiser, and hundreds of others. We also install and set up equipment for large events, churches, home theaters, commercial businesses, and concerts. Our online sector has been expanding drastically and we are looking for personnel that can grow with the company.

We’re looking for someone who already has experience in this field to help the company grow.

MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Maintain verbal and written communication with customers and manufacturers to assist with online orders.
• Assist customers with refunds, replacements, and returns via Amazon Seller Central.
• Update product listings on Amazon Seller Central.
• Oversee customer inquiries across different eCommerce channels like Amazon, eBay, and Reverb.
• Identify and Analyze new product opportunities.
• Capable of learning the ins and outs in less than 3 month time with little to no supervision.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Highly organized with strong follow-up skills.
• Professional phone etiquette is a must.
• Willingness to learn and improve on their own.
• Should expect cross-training in other departments.
• Well-versed in communicating with co-workers.
• Detail-oriented.
• Independent worker.
• Computer savvy.
• Must be punctual.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

• Experience with Amazon Seller Central is preferred.
• Experience in Excel or Google sheets preferred.
• Bilingual in Korean is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Starting Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
