Entry-Mid Level

Our E-Commerce Specialists handle a variety of tasks to aid in our business development and sales growth. This role is integral to all positions of the E-Commerce team, managing day-to-day tasks and also advancing the business for the future. Some of the tasks include working in the Shopify application, communicating with customers and sales leads, updating product listings, managing customer orders, and identifying market trends & emerging customer needs. The ideal candidate will be able to manage and organize their everyday responsibilities and work with the rest of the team to reach site sales goals.

ZLINE’s customer experience is the top priority - Everyone hired on as a ZLINE employee will receive 30 days of customer experience training before moving into their respective department training. This training is proven to be the best way to learn product and company knowledge which is applicable to every role within the company.

Basic Requirements

• High school diploma - required
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Organizational and follow-up skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to multi-task and work on a variety of projects at once
• Interest in long-term career growth and advancement

Preferred Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field
• Relationship management experience
• Ability to identify leads
• Ability to identify industry trends and new opportunities
• Experience working with Shopify
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM
• Familiarity with Google Suite & Microsoft Office
• Understanding of data management and ROI’s

Compensation: $37,000+ Annually DOE+ sales bonuses after 90 days, DOE
