SUMMARY OF POSITION:

Our IT team seeks a skilled EDI/ Data Entry candidate who will support the department on a 3 month temporary basis. They will assist with reporting tasks of EDI chargeback research and resolution, and other data entry related tasks. This opportunity is hybrid, working 3 days at our office in Secaucus, NJ and 2 days working from home.

*Reports to VP of IT

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Research issues related to EDI documents

· Communicate with Customers to request documentation

· Communicate with internal departments to request documentation to resolve/dispute chargebacks

· Perform data manipulation in Excel or Notepad++

· Look up EDI specifications and interface diagrams to determine issues

· Assist with data entry tasks

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

· Technical background, someone that can quickly pick up the system

· Knowledge of EDI and formats

· Expertise in Excel

· Be organized, keep track of issues and follow up with all parties

· Be assertive and deliver on time

· Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and learn independently

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: From $29.00 per hour

Experience:

• Microsoft Excel: 4 years (Required)
