Job Title: Electrical Installation Technician
Pay Rate: $35 to $40/Hr
Duration: 12 Months
Location: Boonton, NJ

Shift: 08.00 AM to 05.00 PM

This position is for the Energy division.

This position requires Contingent Workers to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 unless they are granted a medical or religious exemption.

We are looking for a suitably qualified and energetic Factory Electrician Worker to install components and wire electrical cabinets for GIS (Gas Insulated Switchgear). The factory worker will be part of a growing team supplying high-quality control and protection panels for projects in the US.

Applicants should have the following skills:

• Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
• Be able to run wires within electrical cabinets
• Be able to terminate wires, cleanly and consistently
• Apply wire markers
• Proficient in point-to-point wire checks
• Be able to install electrical components (terminals, relays, MCB, etc)
• Electrical testing experience is helpful but not necessary

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

• Applicants should have suitable trade qualifications and references available.
• Applicants must have legal permission to work in the US without the need for authorization
• Tools will be provided, Factory workers will be expected to manage and schedule his/her work under the supervision of the lead GIS Specialist
• Future potential to progress to full-time employment

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: $39.00 - $40.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
