Electrician
Position Summary:
Candidates would be expected to perform typical electrician duties within a high volume, production/commercial type environment.
Essential Functions:
- Electricians are responsible for properly installing, troubleshooting, testing, repair and maintenance of all electrical equipment and systems.
- Diagnose electrical problems/failures and troubleshooting the issue in a timely manner
- Install, maintain, and test switches, panels and control devices applicable to plant installations
- Inspecting and monitoring system equipment and components to identify hazards or defects
- Complete paperwork related to the job/project
- Create estimates for electrical work
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
A background in electrical work experience is required. Experience in a manufacturing environment for industrial electrical knowledge is a major plus.
An interview with the company will be required for this opportunity.
- Must be able to add, subtract, multiply, and pide using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
- Ability to troubleshoot electrical systems
- Good communication skills
- Working efficiently and effectively within the job requirements
- Must have personal hand tools to completed electrical jobs and projects
