Job description
Summit Home Health Care is seeking an Employment Specialist to provide job coaching services with compassion and respect to individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities.
Per-diem, 12-20 hours a week, with the potential to increase.
Responsibilities
- Develop employment opportunities
- Provide job training and support individuals as they learn new tasks
- Monitor and evaluate progress
- Liaison with supervisors
- Complete appropriate documentation
Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Possess a high school diploma or GED
- Have a current, non-provisional driver’s license in good standing
- Completed Employment Specialist Foundations Training
- CPR/First Aid certification (preferred)
Pay: $30 an hour
