About This Role: Join the MedSurg Complaint Investigation Site (CIS) department responsible for monitoring, identifying, investigating, and escalating product performance signals for Endoscopy and Urology & Pelvic Health divisions. This is an exciting opportunity in the Post Market Organization, where we are committed to transforming customer experiences into actionable insights that improve the lives of patients across the globe. He/she/they will collaborate cross-divisionally and cross-functionally with Design Assurance, R&D, Supplier Engineering and Manufacturing teams to ensure comprehensive understanding of product performance to improve patient outcomes.


Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Providing ownership and clarity to Capital Equipment product families for Endoscopy and Urology & Pelvic Health by working with cross-functional partners to improve product investigations and reduce complaints.
  • Work with divisional partners to streamline and improve Capital Equipment complaints by championing improvements to processes and systems.
  • Providing technical guidance in identifying and resolving quality issues using engineering essentials and other related problem-solving tools and techniques. Grow team utilization of investigative equipment.
  • Partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure the development and execution of streamlined, robust solutions to CIS processes are effectively implemented while still meeting organizational and regulatory requirements.
  • Focusing on continuous improvement by championing and fostering the execution of projects within the local and Global Post Market organizations.
  • Fostering a diverse workplace that enables all participants to contribute to their full potential in pursuit of organizational objectives.
  • Demonstrating a primary commitment to patient safety and product quality by maintaining compliance to the Quality Policy and all other documented quality processes and procedures.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a Bachelors Degree
  • Minimum of 2 years of related experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong verbal, written communication skills, both technical and conversational
  • Decision making and negotiation skills, individually and within groups
  • Experience in managing multiple projects across multiple organizational disciplines
  • Electrical experience preferred
  • Capital Equipment experience preferred
