Job description
Looking to fill an Engineering Manager roll at a luxury hotel in Houston, TX.
Responsibilities include:
- Maximize utilization of Centralized Maintenance Management Software Hotsos.
- Planning, Delegation and Execution of routine maintenance including fire life, safety, health, energy and all additional prescribed procedures by the company and OSHA.
- Planning and delegation of Corrective maintenance.
- Assist in onboarding of new colleagues; interview process and ongoing training program.
- Adhere to company procurement procedures.
- Maximize usage of Energy Management System.
- Communicate on a regular basis regarding the specific and overall condition of the facility offering prudent alternatives, and cost effective and proposals. Access and input information into a computer and generate reports.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
