Responsibilities:
Essential Functions:
PRIMARY
- Leads the day-to-day functions of the Payer Enrollment team, which consist of reviews, design, & implements processes surrounding the success of the payer enrollment lifecycle by monitoring metrics, as well as ensuring timeliness of and accuracy of payer enrollment activities related to the department.
- Develops and makes recommendations on policies, guidelines, and implements procedures to ensure consistent department-wide implementation and adherence. Makes recommendations on work-flow processes throughout the payer enrollment cycle to assist in achieving consistency and success.
- Creates and maintain KPIs and goals for the payer enrollment team. Then maintains timeliness and effectiveness of department KPIs and goals and implements processes to identify gaps.
- Develops relationships with internal and external departments and provides regular status updates on the payer enrollment team related deliverables and organizational priorities.
- Oversees the payer enrollments of all physicians and mid-level practitioners according to health plan specifications.
- Monitor and track onsite physician office visits, and analyze and report findings as appropriate
- Holds monthly (or as warranted) meetings with all levels of management to review held claims, status of all current and pending payer enrollments as related to the department.
- Compiles and prepares a variety of reports for management to analyze trends and make recommendations
- Develops and maintains data integrity to specific company standards through audits and reports while ensuring adherence to objectives, operating policies and procedures, and strategic action plans for achieving goals.
- Motivates self and overall team and supports supervisors within team to create a positive, productive, and efficient work environment supportive of our values while meeting and exceeding our company goals.
- Leads by example, within team and as a result overall staff in attitude and work performance that represents our values.
- Interviews candidates for positions that report to the Sr Manager, Payer Enrollment as necessary and assists other Managers/Supervisors with interviews as needed.
- Responsible for overseeing training for positions that report to the Sr Manager, Payer Enrollment and supporting training and coaching for those that report within the respective teams.
- Responsible for overseeing performance and any related counseling of positions that report to the Sr Manager, Payer Enrollment, up to and including recommendation for termination of employment.
- Recognizes strong individual and team performance in support of our values and company goals.

- Responsible for overseeing annual review process for positions that report to the Sr Manager, Payer Enrollment.
- The ability to provide training to positions that report to the Sr Manager, Payer Enrollment on Company Standards of Operations, and supporting training and coaching within their respective teams.
- The ability to perform the physical, use of senses, cognitive, and environmental functions of the position, as specified on the physical demands.
- The ability to build and maintain confidence and credibility with all clients, vendors, and employees.
- The ability to maintain friendly, cordial relations with all clients, vendors, and employees; maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner that results in a positive work relationship with customers, co-workers and managers.

SECONDARY
- Analyze labor and work volume to determine staff level and coordinates with functional area managers/supervisors to meet work volume demands.
- Creates, prepares, and presents reports to management daily, weekly, monthly and upon request.
