Job Title: Enterprise Architect

Duration: 9 months

Location:

• Wilmington, DE (1st preference)
• Berkeley Heights, NJ (also preferred)
• Coral Springs, FL
• Columbus, OH
• Omaha, NE

***Onsite 5 days a week***
Interview process: 3 rounds (video)
Required Pay Scale: 90-100/hr on W2 only

***Due to client requirements this role is only open to USC or GC candidates***

Job Summary:

• Looking for solid Enterprise Solution Architects, about 10+ years of experience overall
• She is not looking for folks who are only a Developer (she finds that Developers struggle to "speak the language" of an Enterprise Architect), but looking for folks with Development backgrounds – Java – who have become Enterprise Architects (there won’t be hands-on development in this role but need to understand)
• Open to different tech stacks - More so focused on solutions based work
• Need someone who is able to work across enterprise stakeholders; They will be presenting to different teams, the Architecture Review Board, etc. so they need to be strong communicators across tech and non-tech teams and able to persuade others on solutions
• Financial domain experience will be a big plus
• Mainframe experience would help – does not need hands-on coding but able to understand the environment
• Basic Qualifications for consideration:
• 10+ years of experience in large-scale IT system development, design and implementation, involving demonstrated project management, resource management, business analysis and leadership skills. Familiar with functions of hardware, software, and network systems
• 3+ years of experience in Front end/ UI architecture and product development with strong consultative and strategic sales support skill sets
• 3+ years of architecting solutions on modern tech stack leveraging microservices, cloud and data using domain driven design techniques.
• Must have modern technology stack experience in Java based microservices preferred with Kafka for event streaming.
• Experience with architecting a unified digital platform across web/ mobile spanning card-based payments, digital banking platforms, core banking and merchant solutions.
• Preferred financial industry experience.
• Preferred mainframe experience.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, emotional intelligence, with the ability to listen, advise, empathize, and explain to varied audiences, at all levels.
• Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to see the connections between layers of business operations
• Bachelor’s degree

Must Haves:

• 10+ years of experience overall- background as a java developer turned Enterprise Architect
• either more Cloud focused, or more front-end/full stack and security focused
• exposure or understanding of Mainframe
• Need someone who is able to work across enterprise stakeholders; They will be presenting to different teams, the architect review board, etc. so they need to be strong communicators across tech and non-tech teams and able to persuade others on solutions

Desired Skills

• Financial domain experience will be a big plus
