The Khoros engagement platform comprises Online Community, Social Media Management and Messaging products for social customer service, social support and social media marketing teams to listen, respond and act on customer conversations – creating deep relationships and fostering brand loyalty and advocacy.
As an Enterprise Customer Account Executive, you will work closely with some of Khoros' most strategic named accounts in your assigned territory to drive expansion opportunities for the Khoros Customer Engagement platform. You will be part of the North America enterprise install base sales team. The successful candidate will understand the customer’s definition of business value and be able to challenge them to think about new ways to differentiate and transform their business. In short: you’ll inspire some of the world’s most iconic brands to better engage with their customers by providing thought-provoking and consultative strategies.
The perfect candidate is high-energy, with a strong interest in social business. You have a history of selling complex SaaS solutions and the ability to build strong relationships with senior clients, resulting in account growth wins.
The ideal candidate will be based on the Eastern or Central Time Zone.
Responsibilities:- Driving cross-sell, up-sell and expansion opportunities within your territory, being adept at prospecting into key accounts
- Source expansion opportunities in new departments
- Evangelizing Khoros platform and unique capabilities to help drive large, complex deal transactions
- Building strong relationships with existing customers and key decision makers
- Working closely with prospective clients to understand their business objectives and create the most appropriate solution to meet their needs
- Lead the full sales cycle, from initial interest to deal close and coordinate collaboration cross-functionally with Customer Success, Solution Engineering etc.
- Must be able to negotiate sound agreements
- Showing a high degree of self-motivation and working well both as an individual and within a team environment
- 5+ years of Enterprise B2B strategic sales and/or account management experience with in a high technology-based SaaS environment
- A proven track record of leading large complex sales cycle at c-level
- Skilled at growing enterprise accounts
- Experience selling cross functionally to organizations with many stakeholders
- Experience creating alignment and orchestrating internal account teams
- Ability to travel up to 35% in region
- Customer-centric mindset
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Knowledge and experience in MarTech, Contact Center, and/or Community software sales is a distinct advantage
- Bachelor Degree (or equivalent); Masters Degree a plus
The budget range for this role is $270,000 - $295,000 On-Target Earnings. Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications.
