Our team works with various non-profits to oversee their community based outreach initiatives and business development strategies in the Denver area. The overwhelming demand for our business development and fundraising services is a direct result of our team's ability to consistently evolve and deliver results to our non-profit partners. Our goal is to provide constant support to both our clients and our team, which is why we are hiring an Entry Level Business Development Manager to join our growing team.
Our purpose here at Evolve, Inc. is, and provide our team with the tools and skills necessary to become a skilled leader in any business. We aim to train all of our Entry Level Business Development Managers on how to effectively execute three core deliverables for our clients; increasing exposure, brand recognition and revenue generation. Upon completion of training, our goal is for the Entry Level Business Development Manager to move into a senior role within our firm and assist us with our expansion efforts within the state of Colorado.
Entry Level Business Development Manager Daily Responsibilities:
- Participate in one-on-one and group training on all business operations and event logistics
- Learn all marketing, sales, fundraising and promotional strategies used during the course of each event
- Travel to various locations to aid with the set up, management, completion and tear-down of community based events
- Track and report all event statistics, including fundraising numbers and make suggestions on ways to improve results to upper management
- Assist with training new associates on basic event standards and compliance
- Assist with basic inventory management
