A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

As an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative, you play a vital role as the liaison between the company and our customers. You efficiently handle inbound calls, schedule appointments, and resolve any questions our customers may have. Using your strong active listening skills, you make customers feel heard and understood in your discussions with them. With attention to detail, you manage maintenance contracts and a variety of data-entry tasks. You take great pride in helping us succeed through the excellent customer service you provide!

QUALIFICATIONS

• Microsoft Word and Excel experience
• Efficient typing skills
