Job Description
As the Operations Coordinator in Arlington, VA, you will have the chance to execute all logistics for operating unit meetings, retreats, training sessions, employee wellness events, team building activities, and office events. Working with other members of our team, you’ll maintain various operating unit trackers to manage staff whereabouts, US and international office information, office registrations, project assignments, email distribution lists, departmental guidelines, and serve as administrator on the operating unit’s shared drive on Egnyte and MS Teams sites. During your time with us, you will also coordinate with HR and IT to prepare workstations, order equipment for employees, maintain the inventory of laptops, cellphones, and other company equipment, and raise tickets with the corporate IT desk as needed. You will also provide the Executive Management Team with administrative support, including complex meeting scheduling, travel and expense reports, and develop and facilitate All Hands Meeting presentations using input from each business service team and facilitate the presentations during the meeting for the executive staff.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- One year of relevant work experience
- Advanced writing and communication skills.
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite to include MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Teams, and OneDrive
Preferred Qualifications
- Excellent listening skills and a highly-developed sense of responsibility and commitment to customer service
- Proven ability to operate independently, problem solve, multitask, reprioritize, and work effectively under deadlines.
- Experience using discretion with confidential business matters.
- Proficiency in Egnyte, Chrome River, and Canva
- Bachelor’s degree in international development, international studies, and business administration
- Two years of experience working at a non-profit or USAID contractor in the operations or administration department
- A foreign language is a plus: French, Spanish, or Russian
